What Is 1-on-1 Yoga?

1-on-1 yoga is a private yoga session that is designed just for you and your body’s needs. Anybody can do yoga. I have taught a wide variety of individuals: adults, children, teens, mums and babies, seniors, and stressed-out office workers!  I have been teaching groups and individuals for the past eight years and enjoy seeing people benefit from regular, mindful movement.

How can yoga help you?

Yoga can help regain range of movement in the joints, strengthen and tone muscles and relieve tension and tightness in the body. Yoga also has a calming and relaxing effect on the body and mind, lowering the stress response by reducing blood pressure and releasing endorphins.

Why choose 1-on-1 yoga sessions?

The difference between having a bespoke 1-on-1 session and attending a class is that the pace, style, and use of postures is based entirely on your unique needs and capabilities. You’ll be given careful and attentive guidance to correct alignment and position, ensuring your safety and comfort. All equipment is provided, and sessions will be held in one of our larger clinic rooms. 

1-on-1 yoga session (private yoga) – £45.00 (Tuesday only)

These private yoga sessions last for approximately 60 minutes. They will be held on Tuesday mornings at the clinic. If you would be interested in partner sessions, online sessions or evening sessions then please call the clinic to discuss.
